CAPRA STANISLAUS
Firm, dense, and slightly salty, this semi-hard cheese has notes of goat’s milk caramel, with a toasted, nutty finish. Our flagship aged cheese is made in “Stanislaus” County from our high quality Farmstead goat “Capra” milk. The cheese is a perfect balance of creamy and dry, with mild olive finish from the sea salt.
